The programme

AI GURUKL is an experiential AI learning programme for Grades 5–9. It complements a school’s existing computer science, IT or AI teaching. It does not replace that curriculum.

Information we handle

School enquiriesSchool name, city or country, contact name, role, official email, optional phone, grades of interest and the message.

Access mappingStudent, section and teacher details the school supplies in the agreed upload format.

Learning recordsLessons, activities, assignments, assessments and progress within a student’s permitted level.

Account identifiersThe details required for school, teacher and student login.

The public enquiry form is not a place for student personal data. Please do not paste student names or records there.

Children’s information

Schools and AI GURUKL each have responsibilities under applicable data-protection and child-safety laws. Before student information is shared or accounts are activated, the parties establish the relevant lawful basis and any required parent or guardian authorisation process. AI GURUKL uses student information only for documented, authorised programme purposes and applies appropriate access and security safeguards.

Who can see it

Access follows the role. School staff configure access. Teachers see the batches, progress and pending work assigned to them. Students see their own unlocked lessons, activities and assignments. People outside those roles do not receive the school’s student records through the public website.

How long it is kept

Information is kept for the school partnership and for as long as the law requires. The exact retention period for each category should be set in the school agreement after legal review. A fixed number of days is not published here until that review is complete.

School responsibilities

Provide accurate student, section and teacher mapping.
Issue access only to authorised staff and students.
Use the programme alongside, not instead of, the school’s existing curriculum.
Contact AI GURUKL if a record needs to be corrected or if access should be closed.
